Ingredients:
pork loin roast
1 pack onion soup mix
garlic powder
salt and pepper
I mixed the onion soup mix with water and poured over the pork along with the garlic powder and salt and pepper. I baked at 250 degrees for an hour and then sliced the meat so all slices were covered in the liquid. I popped it back in the oven for another 2 hours.
To make the gravy, I simply added about 4 tbsp. flour to a cup of water and mixed well. Pour in the pork liquid and stir until it thickens.
