- When it comes to the measurements for these pork balls I usually tell people to go with their gut.
- I used a pound of ground pork, a cup bread crumbs and heaping sprinkles of pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
- I also stuffed the pork balls with chopped onion and chopped bell peppers til it spilled out.
- They went into the oven on 300 degrees and they baked for about 55 minutes.
Easy, right? My boys loved them. I made up extras. The first lot I barbecued and the second lot was made into sub sandwiches. The ground pork is amazing. It isn’t too greasy and it cooks really well.
