Homemade Pork Balls

INGREDIENTS
  • Ground pork
  • bread crumbs
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • chopped onion
  • chopped bell peppers
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. When it comes to the measurements for these pork balls I usually tell people to go with their gut.
  2. I used a pound of ground pork, a cup bread crumbs and heaping sprinkles of pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
  3. I also stuffed the pork balls with chopped onion and chopped bell peppers til it spilled out.
  4. They went into the oven on 300 degrees and they baked for about 55 minutes.

Easy, right? My boys loved them. I made up extras. The first lot I barbecued and the second lot was made into sub sandwiches. The ground pork is amazing. It isn’t too greasy and it cooks really well.
