CABBAGE AND BACON STIR-FRY
2 tablespoons olive oil
cut up cabbage
Club House stir-fry mix
Heat oil in a large frying pan and add cabbage.
Fry until cabbage is almost fried to your own preference, stirring and adding water to keep cabbage from drying.
I added about a cup of crumbled bacon, and let cook for another few minutes.
Then I added about a cup of water and the contents of the Club House Oriental stir-fry mix with a little salt and pepper.
