CADBURY CARAMEL EGG CHEESCAKE DESSERT

Shaun loves making desserts. He is the dessert guy in the house and will often come home from work at 4am and decide he wants to bake to relax. We have never complained. Waking up to a cake, cookie or some type of dessert is never a bad thing in our house.
We did have one complaint with this dessert and it was a total lack of communication on both our parts. I thought he was baking the cheesecake. If I would have known it was not to be baked, he would have broken the mini Cadbury Caramel Eggs in two pieces on the inside of the cake. He just left them whole and after being in the fridge to chill the caramel egg was a little too hard for my liking. If it would have baked, the egg would have broken and softened. Ooops, no biggie though, we didn’t leave a crumb.
