INGREDIENTS
- 8-10 pieces of chicken, boiled in lightly salted water for 20 minutes.
- glaze:
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 1 tbsp. dijon
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- ½ tsp. ginger
- dash pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together and heat.
- Pour over chicken and bake for 15 minutes at 350.
- Turn the chicken over and bake for another 15 minutes.
