EASY APRICOT GLAZED CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS
  • 8-10 pieces of chicken, boiled in lightly salted water for 20 minutes.

  • glaze:

  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 1 tbsp. dijon
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • ½ tsp. ginger
  • dash pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients together and heat.
  2. Pour over chicken and bake for 15 minutes at 350.
  3. Turn the chicken over and bake for another 15 minutes.
