POT ROAST


INGREDIENTS
  • roast
  • assorted veggies, I used potatoes, baby carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli
  • 1 pack onion soup mix
  • 2 packets of OXO beef flavoring
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. I put the meat and veggies in the roaster, mixed up the soup mix and OXO with a couple cups of water and poured it over all. I cooked it for an hour at 350, and made gravy from the stock. Simple and hearty.
