SKILLET COOKED PORK, MUSHROOMS, BELL PEPPERS & ONIONS WITH ROASTED POTATO WEDGES
Heat up a little oil in your skillet.
Add the pork and get a little sizzle going on both sides.
Turn the skillet down and add the mushrooms, onions, bell pepper and seasoning’s.
We used coarse black pepper which is a favorite.
A few sprinkles of garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper flakes.
Allow to simmer for about 12 minutes on 3.
Don’t forget to turn your pork over after 6 minutes.
Serve with baked potato wedges.
