SKILLET COOKED PORK, MUSHROOMS, BELL PEPPERS & ONIONS WITH ROASTED POTATO WEDGES


INGREDIENTS
  • pork
  • mushrooms
  • onions
  • bell peppers
  • seasonings
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat up a little oil in your skillet.
  2. Add the pork and get a little sizzle going on both sides.
  3. Turn the skillet down and add the mushrooms, onions, bell pepper and seasoning’s.
  4. We used coarse black pepper which is a favorite.
  5. A few sprinkles of garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper flakes.
  6. Allow to simmer for about 12 minutes on 3.
  7. Don’t forget to turn your pork over after 6 minutes.
  8. Serve with baked potato wedges.
