STEAMED VEGGIES WITH NOODLES from Barb






I had some store-cut stir fry veggies that needed to be cooked, so I popped them in a skillet with a little Italian dressing and a cup of water, put the cover on and let them simmer for 10 minutes and then threw in a handful of steam fried noodles. I let the noodles cook for 3-4 minutes. Served with a tbsp. of sweet and sour sauce, it made a tasty, healthy lunch.
