When I have an opportunity to sleep in I grab it!! Then when I do get up I usually make myself something tasty for brunch.
  • Today I did this:

  • Heat 2 tbsp. light zesty Italian dressing in a skillet. Chop up 2-3 slices turkey bacon, 4 fresh mushrooms, ¼ green pepper, and lots of chopped green onions Cook for 5 minutes and serve. I topped mine with a drizzle of sweet onion dressing. Yummy!
