I mixed the onion soup mix with water and poured over the pork along with the garlic powder and salt and pepper. I baked at 250 degrees for an hour and then sliced the meat so all slices were covered in the liquid. I popped it back in the oven for another 2 hours. To make the gravy, I simply added about 4 tbsp. flour to a cup of water and mixed well. Pour in the pork liquid and stir until it thickens.
The veggies were leftover Mandarin Stir Fry with noodles, and baby carrots.

Add 1/2 cup steam fried noodles and cook for 5 minutes more. Dissolve 2 tbsp. cornstarch in 3/4 cup of water. Stir in until it forms a thickened sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
