PORK LOIN, GRAVY AND VEGGIES

I mixed the onion soup mix with water and poured over the pork along with the garlic powder and salt and pepper. I baked at 250 degrees for an hour and then sliced the meat so all slices were covered in the liquid. I popped it back in the oven for another 2 hours. To make the gravy, I simply added about 4 tbsp. flour to a cup of water and mixed well. Pour in the pork liquid and stir until it thickens.
The veggies were leftover Mandarin Stir Fry with noodles, and baby carrots.
Fry veggies (choose your style) in 3 tbsp. oil or 3 tbsp. light zesty Italian dressing. Add 1-1 1/2 cups of water and 2 tbsp. soya sauce and bring to a slow boil. Add 1/2 cup steam fried noodles and cook for 5 minutes more. Dissolve 2 tbsp. cornstarch in 3/4 cup of water. Stir in until it forms a thickened sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
