8 chicken thighs stuffing (I made my own with crumbled bread, savoury, 1 1/2 tbs. margarine, salt and pepper) a slice of bacon for each piece of chicken lemon pepper sprinkled over the chicken
Lift the skin and fill the space made with 2 tbsp. stuffing, then wrap each piece with bacon. Place in a sprayed dish, cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking under the broiler for an additional 5-10 minutes. Drain the bacon grease and serve.
I microwaved a bag of broccoli florets for 3 minutes, removed from the bag and sprinkled with Club House parmesan & herbs seasoning.
