Gnocchi Vegetarian Bowl

  • gnocchi
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • mushrooms
  • green peppers
  • freeze dried garlic
  • freeze dried onion
  • freeze dried chives
  1. Boil the gnocchi for 5 minutes.
  2. Add a little olive oil to your skillet and allow your mushrooms, sun-dried tomato and green peppers to cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the gnocchi and toss it into the skillet.
  4. Add your freeze dried garlic, onion and chives and give a light stir.
  5. Serve to a hungry family.
