- sun-dried tomatoes
- green peppers
- freeze dried garlic
- freeze dried onion
- freeze dried chives
- Boil the gnocchi for 5 minutes.
- Add a little olive oil to your skillet and allow your mushrooms, sun-dried tomato and green peppers to cook for about 5 minutes.
- Drain the gnocchi and toss it into the skillet.
- Add your freeze dried garlic, onion and chives and give a light stir.
- Serve to a hungry family.
