ussili, mushroom, tomato and pepper bowl is a 20 minute vegetarian meal. Have you tried it or something similar? Let me know if you have an ingredient you would think would make this dish even better.
Ingredients fussili pasta 8 mushrooms chopped tomato chopped bell peppers
1/3 cup vinegar 1/2 lemon’s juice 3 tablespoons sunflower oil 1 spoonful of oregano 1 spoonful of fennel 1 spoonful of dill 1 sprinkle of salt
Fry the mushroom, tomato and bell peppers in a skillet. Boil your pasta and drain. Add the pasta. Mix your sauce ingredients together with a fork and pour over the pasta in the skillet. Stir and serve.
