CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN CHUNKS



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced in half and then cut into chunks
  • ½ to 1 cups chicken batter (or flour mixed with seasonings)
  • 1 egg mixed with 1 tbsp. honey mustard
  • bread crumb dressing (crumbs, salt, pepper, savory, onion powder and ¼ cup melted margarine)
  • canola oil
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Dip chicken pieces in batter (dry) or flour, then in egg wash and finally in crumb mixture.
  2. Fry over medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side.
