SAVORY BAKED POTATOES


I loved this recipe and I think it would be a tasty treat to serve with sour cream or ranch dressing as a dip. Try and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
  • 8 medium potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half
  • ⅓ cup melted butter or margarine
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • grated parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Spread the melted butter (I used margarine) evenly over a baking pan.
  2. I just covered a pan with heavy duty tin foil.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese and spices evenly over the melted butter.
  4. Place the potatoes face down on the pan.
  5. I used the extra butter that was between the potato halves and basted the top (peel side).
