SAVORY BAKED POTATOES
I loved this recipe and I think it would be a tasty treat to serve with sour cream or ranch dressing as a dip. Try and enjoy!
8 medium potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half
⅓ cup melted butter or margarine
salt, pepper and garlic powder
grated parmesan cheese
Spread the melted butter (I used margarine) evenly over a baking pan.
I just covered a pan with heavy duty tin foil.
Sprinkle the cheese and spices evenly over the melted butter.
Place the potatoes face down on the pan.
I used the extra butter that was between the potato halves and basted the top (peel side).
