DELICIOUS OVEN FRIED POTATO HALVES AND WHITE WINE SOAKED PORK CHOP WITH BELL PEPPERS
boneless pork chops
Wash and slice your potatoes.
Lay them down on a cookie sheet.
Cube half a cup of butter and sprinkle it around the pan.
Sprinkle with pepper, onion and garlic powder.
Bake for 35 minutes, turn over and bake for another 35 minutes.
Throw your pork chops into a plastic bag.
Pour in about a cup of white wine.
Sprinkle pepper, onion and garlic powder into the bag.
Shake and allow to soak for a few hours or over night if you have time.
When you are about to cook the pork, you can pour everything into the frying pan.
Allow to simmer on 3 for about 25 minutes with the cover on.
